"Staff was very kind, courteous, and efficient. Great quiet location, rooms are clean with a microwave, small fridge, desk to work on and a VERY comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. They allowed early check in after a long flight. The breakfast was great, area was clean and honestly I can’t stress enough how important it is for staff to be welcoming and helpful. I will be staying there every time I am in town. "

"Our room was ready sooner than we thought, so that's a huge plus after traveling all day! While the parking is mandatory "valet" - it's sooo worth it. "This was the best hotel!! The staff was incredibly nice - went out of their way to help when we had issues with the rollaway bed. They ended up bringing us 3 different ones because the first two were uncomfortable. Had an awesome room location and the pool is perfect for little ones! "

"Check-in staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel room was clean and roomy for a family of four. Our rooms were straightened out everyday and fresh towels were placed in our room. We used express check out and it made the process easy. I will stay here again next time I return to Disneyland! "
