"My room was not ready when I arrived. The room was not made up or cleaned. Bed had been slept in and unmade, trash in the trash cans, debris and garbage on the floor, bathroom was not cleaned. The manager on duty told me that they had one of their cleaners called in sick or did not show. Staff was very nice, helpful, and apologetic.
There is a grocery store / hardware store nearby and across the street with all your needs and a pub just down the road. Parking was ample for our stay."

"Very pleasant hotel experience. I will stay here again. Convenient location which is within walking distance to several restaurants for supper, and a nice coffee shop for breakfast. Staff was genuinely interested in helping make our stay wonderful. Room was clean with plenty of hot water, and cold AC."

"My family and I stayed for 3 days for our 10 year olds birthday. It was amazing. The resort was very spacious and clean. We’ve stayed at other places in the area but this place was by far our favorite! We will be booking again for our next stay. "

"The Anchorage room was clean and comfortable. The mattress gave me a good night's sleep. My only reservation was the lack of outlets on the nightstands that made charging 2 cell phones at night a challenge. The only accessible outlet was on the bathroom sink vanity. That said, I would be happy to stay there again."
