"Had a great stay at Jupiter Lisboa. Staff was always welcoming and helpful. Property is well-kept and the room was very nice. Loved the blackout curtains which had Velcro on the sides which is such a clever and thoughtful touch for those of us who wake at any bit of light seeping in. Buffet breakfast was amazing…great variety and quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"This was a very nice hotel even though it is not quite as close to the airport as we thought it was and it did not have a shuttle late at night. We still enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff was very nice getting us beverages upon arrival was a definite plus. "
"This is definitely the best 4 star hotel I have stayed at in Lisbon! Spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities for our family of 4; excellent breakfast; every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar/pool area had nice views and a DJ, which was a perfect place to rest after our summer afternoon arrival from the airport. Very close to the metro, or a 30-minute walk into the centre. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. Check in was scheduled for 14:00 but because I had an early flight arrival, I was there at 10:00 and they let me check in with no problem. Room was clean and property well maintained. Location of the hotel was also good. I would come back to this hotel."

There was no drinkable water in the room and I had to ask for a bottle. I got charged for it and it seemed odd because usually there’s always a welcome bottle water in any hotel room. Heads up if you are arriving late. "
