"At Homewood Suites by Hilton, Plymouth Meeting, PA ... • Thursday was a late check-in. The front desk was not manned; called the front desk number to see if staff would hear it. One staff member showed up about 15 minutes later. • Friday breakfast was "minimal" at best. No forks, coffee was out, and only fatty bacon was offered in the hot meal. Breakfast was closed about 1 hour earlier than advertised. Saturday breakfast was much better."

"There was leftover food in the refrigerator and it was dirty. Carpet was very dirty. Bathroom was super dirty and not maintained at all. I will never go back to this property. We almost paid $400 for one night which was not worth it at all. I would even pay $50 for this room."

"Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western."

"My room was extremely clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly, especially Marcel Roos the general manager was very helpful and accommodating. The pool was very relaxing. I was a little bummed that the Jacuzzi was out of order, but it didn’t affect my stay. Breakfast had plenty of varieties. I would definitely stay there again!"

Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. "Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....
