"Our room was large, quiet, and dark! It was perfect. Very clean, spacious bathroom, well appointed. Staff were excellent! We did not use any dining services so can’t speak to that but the location is a nice and easy 5-7 minute walk to the train station and loads of shopping."

I stayed in room 10, a large lovely room, bed is a superior king-size & so comfy, the best bed I have ever slept in. This is now the second time I have stayed here & will definitely be back. Breakfast is really good, lots of choice, full English yesterday & freshly made pancakes with banana, blueberries & strawberries drizzled with maple syrup, delicious."

We booked a room for 2 adults and one child, we added our child on at a later date, we spoke over the phone and were assured we only needed to pay for his breakfast and the sleeping arrangements had been sorted. When we checked in that wasn’t the case but the lovely man on reception quickly sorted an extra bed for us, he was very friendly and helpful, he’s a credit to the hotel. The only negative about the room is the heat, we did have a fan which made it bearable. The room...
