"Tokyu Stay Shibuya was a great choice for our time in Tokyo. The location is excellent—close to everything, but in a quieter area just outside the busiest part of Shibuya. The room was small, but it had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer and fridge, which made our stay really convenient. Perfect for a short or longer stay if you want comfort and practicality in a great spot."

"view of shibuya scramble matchless! very convenient that airport limousine was just at the back of hotel entrance- level 5. staff spoke english and very pleasant to deal with. However, the lift to front entrance of hotel on the left side of building was very discreetly sign posted and easy to miss especially if you are new to the place. taxi also had a hard time finding the back door driveway. they should specifically state directions to hotel in their website."

I always stay here when in Tokyo because it is close to Shibuya station for trains and metro -- and also for the NEX (Narita Express) train from Narita Airport -- only 60 mins compared to 2-2.5 hour taxi or bus ride."

"This was definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. It was very affordable, convenient and walkable from major stations. In a location that makes it easy to get around anywhere you want! The breakfast was delicious every morning, and the view from the window was very nice. The staff were very accommodating and kind, and I will definitely return to this hotel. "The hotel is at the far end (away from Shibuya station) of the upscale Miyashita Park mall. It's at a corner that passes through to the Shibuya Scramble side of the tracks. Lobby/reception is on the second floor. The accessible room was a good size for Tokyo. Bathroom was large with a low ceiling. Mattress on a platform. Complimentary toiletries available in the lobby. Comfortable and convenient with a modern Japanese feel. "
