"It is important to note that this is a lodge not a hotel. There's no food service on site. Check in details were missing details about how to get into the room. We phoned the assistance number, the person was exceptionally helpful and then requested that £5 cash to be left at the desk to pay for parking. Expedia notes that this is included. Felt like bit of a scam."

"Used the hotel as a base when visiting family in the local area. Nice location, very safe. All staff were professional and friendly. Rooms in both the annex and main hotel were spacious and clean, the main hotel perhaps feeling a little more modern. Great breakfast with both continental and hot fresh foods to order. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional! We were offered a fan in our room but it did little in the recent heatwave - totally not the hotel’s fault!! But perhaps consider...

The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome throughout.. The only downfall is we had children in the room above us who were constantly bouncing a football! Would I return again? "The staff was kind and welcoming. The rooms are not air conditioned and with the windows open, and the drapes open to let the air in, you do hear road noise and get early morning light. I was not able to sleep much because of the noise and light. Convenient airport shuttle for 15 pounds."

"Very convenient for the airport, it's located next to the terminal building via a corridor.. Room spotless and comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean.plenty of toiletries.staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food was good, very tasty. Prices on par for what you would expect from an airport hotel. There was plenty of breakfast at food to choose from, even just the cold buffet, which is served from 4am. Overall, excellent choice."
