Cottage di Indiana

"The well water smelled the ants that kept coming in the house it's a great place to stop by if you're just going for one night but not for a few nights"

"We love staying here. We travel to Indiana 1 to 2 times a year and always stay here. It is a really quiet place and always clean. The staff and owners are extremely nice and helpful. We highly recommend stay there. Checking in is always super easy and if you need anything, you can ask and they have always be extremely accommodating. Five stars for sure!!"

"While this is a nice property on the inside, there were still a few issues we ran into while staying there. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke, there weren’t really any dishes to use, and there’s only three beds for what was a 10 person booking. The biggest issue of all was the WiFi. We were unable to connect the TV so there wasn’t entertainment, you can only connect up to 5 devices at a time (again, this is a 10 person booking) and even when connected the internet didn’t run on the...

"Enjoyed our 2- night stay here."

"Super clean, super picturesque and so beautifully located, with ample space in the backyard. The Barn-converted to-A-Frame was perfect for a lot of reason, especially the pool table upstairs was a big hit. Please consider adding a TV next to the Pool table."

"We had no problem finding the property. It was less than a 10 minute drive into town. The house had everything needed for cooking. Toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, outdoor seating were all provided. I somehow missed when booking the house that we were bringing our small dogs and when I contacted the owner it was easily fixed. Everyone I was in contact with was pleasant to talk to. If I had anything negative it would be that the property needed some attention. We drive a truck and we had...

"I had a lovely visit and will stay here again. "

"The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...

"We had our two dogs with us, and they loved the place. It is just beautiful! The owners were on-site; but this apartment is above their garage, and we didn't cross paths at all. Recommendation: Don't bring a lot of things to carry. The owners did state up-front that there are a lot of stairs. There are pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, serving pieces, and flatware. The floors are hardwood and tile in the bathroom. There are two closets, a chest of drawers, and a dresser in the...

"Garden in bad condition, outlets not working, mattresses not comfortable "

"Wonderful visit to White Oaks! What a nice place to rest relax and rejuvenate. Lots to do within a short drive. Very evident effort is being made to make the place/ places nice for visitors. Customer service was above and beyond! "

"Location close to town. The guest house was clean and comfortable. Very relaxing. Loved it"

"The property was just as advertised. We only used the property to sleep and shower so all I can say is the beds were comfy and the showers were hot. An added bonus (for us, anyway) was that one evening while we were there, the neighbors a few houses down were on the porch. They were playing a banjo, bass, guitar, and some other instruments and singing. It was like our own little concert. May not be everyone's taste, but we enjoyed it."
