"Location is good for the airport - 10min walk or 2min shuttle bus. Bed comfortable. Room clean. Food was ok.
My room had a slight but noticeable musty odour that didn’t go away. Maybe this was just the specific room I had."

"All staff were excellent. However the hotel needs to seriously address the problems at breakfast the food was very good but they could not cope the amount of people in the hotel therefore there were long queues at breakfast. The hotel management need to address this problem."

Overall, I had a good stay at YOTEL and was generally pleased with my experience. Unfortunately, my interactions with one staff member, Debum, were extremely disappointing and affected what otherwise would have been a very positive stay.

"Wir waren 6 Tage im Murrayfield Hotel zu Gast und haben uns vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal im Hotel, als auch im zugehörigen Pub, ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und wir haben uns jeden Tag über neues Wasser gefreut. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal bemüht, auch bei großen Ansturm, alles schnell wieder aufzufüllen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: Kleiderhaken...
