"What a weird a** place this is.
This hotel does a great job straddling the line of being friendly and unhelpful. They act like they are nice but really they just want to be mean. The hotel itself is well appointed but the presentation is a bit pretentious. It's trying to be fancy but really it's just weird. It is not family friendly. We tried to have a coffee one day in the cafe but there was no server. Then we ran into some trouble with kids pool time as the TV stated the window was 9-noon...

Issue was with a VERY LOUD party with deep bass music blasting till midnight. 5th floor rooms and I guess the party on the 6th floor and every beat could be felt Earplugs not helpful. "The hotel and the staff were great. The only advise I would give staff is that when people check in to just inform them of how the lifts work (as you need to use your room card key to work them) and how to switch the air con on in the room (took us an hour to suss out we had to press a button on the top of the panel to turn it on). Other than this it was a lovely stay over and it was very comfortable! Thank you "
