"We stayed in the annex building, which is just around the corner from the main hotel. It is in an old building, which has been updated to modern standards without losing its charm. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was completely refitted and functional. There is a small elevator, if you dont want to take the stairs. The loggia is very well located, just a 2 minute walk from the Duomo. Our room was very quiet, at night we couldnt hear any outside noise. I would highly recommend...

"Beautiful top floor apartment in a traditional Tuscan building. We had small backpacks so managing the small lift and stairs was easy. Our room, although small was extremely comfortable and spotless clean. Air conditioning and large window door opening. Be aware, if you leave the window open mosquitos will visit you. "Mr. Dario was extremely accommodating. He was so kind and hospitable towards me and my group. He took the time to really make sure we knew the city well with great recommendations. He was kind enough to ensure we had enough water, offered to book us a taxi, and let us leave our luggage with him after check out so we can explore more. The room itself was nice and it is in great walking distance towards iconic sights. If I ever came back to Florence I would certainly re-book a stay at Guest House...

"Very quiet despite Perfect location minute from Duomo. Great bathroom with nice shower. Comfortable bed. Room could be a little bigger. Breakfast had great selection. Welcome drink and appetizers nice touch. "

"Amazing property, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom with a ton of closet space and large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and knew us by name right away. It was super convenient to walk to everything being centrally located. "

"The staff is amazing, kind, and informative they were able to give us a map and locate all the sight seeing areas for us. The facility is clean, centralized where you can walk to all the areas but still off the main path so that it’s quit enough. Their breakfast items were good. I utilized their laundry services and it was pricey but really well worth it. Overall I would recommend and stay here again!"

Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Fabulous old building but fully refurbished with modern suites. Only 12 suites, all unique with 2 on each floor. Loads of room. Staff fabulous. Only minus point is there’s no bar or restaurant, but it is located within an area that has literally hundreds on its doorstep. Would definitely stay there again."
