"This is a basic bargain hotel 10 minute walk from all the main tourist sites of Florence. Also walking distance to the train station. Great deal for a family as several rooms have a loft that can sleep another 2-3 people. Good breakfast."

"Overall this is a great apartment - but the issue we encountered is related to the inaccuracy of the listing in regards to the beds. The listing states there are two double beds. It does not specify that the second bed is actually a pull out sofa bed. It's in a sitting room with sliding doors that does allow for privacy, but no bedside tables and the mattress is incredibly thin. It was not prepared when we arrived - I suppose because there were only two of us. We would not have booked if we knew...

"Hotel Spadai staff greeted us with smiles and kindness. It was extremely hot upon our arrival in Florence and the property offered great air conditioning to escape the heat. The property itself is in a fantastic location; walkable to pretty much everything we wanted to see and do in Florence.
