"We had a great time and everything was wonderful. The only recommendation is better mattresses. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The food was great. We even had a favorite waitress. She was in the buffet restaurant outside for breakfast and lunch. She was the sweetest and remembered our drink order."

"The most pampered I've felt at an all-inclusive resort. Staff was very attentive for my wife and I's honeymoon, would definitely return. It was a quick trip getaway and there were more restaurants than days stayed! Food was delicious and the entertainment was wonderful. The only thing that I could note that caused any inconvenience was that the elevator closest to our room was out of service for the first couple of days, but it was repaired quickly."

"First time and will definitely be back and recommend to everyone I know! Enjoyed the adults side, club side. Celebrating our Honeymoon/Anniversary. We were welcomed with mocktail welcome drinks, personal butler who is there to answer questions, help make suggestions to make the most of your stay. Shout out to Amado our butler, thank you for keeping our fridge stocked with O.O as my husband is 5 year sober. Our room was 3000 area, jr. Suite with swim out. Was able to swim out to small swim out bar, just steps away from the main pool and swim up bar. Our favorite bartender/pool server was our tocaya BoDereck-Jesse, great staff also George, Macbeth, Alias and Chef Alvaro. So much attention to detail ! Steak House was our favorite. Be sure to request Aromatherapy for your room. Stay was clean and well maintained. Staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered I have been to at least 15 All inclusive hotels and congratulations this is the best I’ve ever stayed! Be sure to tip your staff along your stay, we usually come with at least $150 -$200 in 1 or 5 bills for a 3-4 day stay :) Recommend for adults , couples and friend groups. Privilege Aluxes Isla Mujeres Adults Only

"This was our third stay at Privilege Aluxes in 11 years, although it had been eight years since our last visit. We stayed for five nights. The property and our room were very clean, and the staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience has changed since our previous visits. The food was typical of most all-inclusive resorts and tasted much more Americanized than we remembered. In the past, it seemed more authentic. The drinks were also disappointing, even when we requested name-brand alcohol. We booked a private beach dinner for our anniversary, but it was canceled that afternoon because of possible bad weather. We understood, but the only alternatives offered were dinner in our room or rescheduling for the next evening. We asked for a reservation at Satay instead but were told it was fully booked. We ended up leaving the resort and had an amazing anniversary dinner elsewhere. The pool also needs attention. Some tiles are coming off, and the water was extremely hot. A way to circulate cooler water would make it more enjoyable. I would also recommend adding recycling bins around the property and in the rooms. Overall, the resort is very clean and the staff is wonderful, but the food, drinks, and overall experience were not as good as we remembered."

"The property decor was absolutely fabulous. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and provided awesome assistance. Frananda & Fannie, our awesome spa therapists, provided expert care during our massage and body scrub & wrap services. Our Hydrotherapy attendant thoroughly explained the process and made us comfortable, as it was our first time experiencing this service. The dining experiences were extraordinary. The à la carte and buffets were 5-star level. The hostess, waitstaff, and chefs paid attention to every detail, making our dining experiences phenomenal. Our catamaran tour scheduled by Xcaret Travel was an awesome experience. In addition, Karina and Jordan from Premier Travel Club provided a welcoming and great presentation. It feels great to have joined the Family. We will definitely be back at this resort and take advantage of the Premier Travel opportunity."
