"Food quality at restaurant and customer service was average. First room had no hot water, toilet paper was public restroom quality, and towels were old and even stained with red spots. We were changed to better room but curtains had stains and balconies were dusty. Final price is not justified."

"Birds crops every where not cleaned, terrible music near the small beach with sargassum.Room very boring not even one picture on the wall, uncomfortable bed with terrible pillows 😵💫Beautiful location Playa Norte every one has a access with out paying high price for Mia Reef resort there is nothing luxury-3 stars hotel .Do not recommend"

"This was a real oasis! There was such attention to detail - even the garden pathways were meticulously cured daily and lined with beautiful conch shells. Breakfast was abundant and made fresh upon order. We were provided with plenty of fresh drinking water and ice. The staff were excellent!
The beach was not exclusively private. The lounge chairs were shared with another hotel and the beach was literally “invaded” with tourist boats (43 just past the buoy). Also the music from the beach club...
