"Room- room was very big and modern. We are a family of 4 and had 3 beds in total, 1 king and 2 queen. It lacked garbage bags/trash bins, the only place we could throw away our trash was by the toilets. My family also loved how there there were 2 showers, 2 toilets, and 3 sinks to use! No one was rushing anyone. Housekeeping could've been better, they will make the room looks clean but we would see the counters weren't wiped and water bottles and snacks weren't refilled.
Food- we loved the Japanese, Indian, and French restaurant. Disappointed with the steak house, the plating was definitely not 5 star worthy. The seafood served was well worth it. We loved the ice creams (especially pistachio and Ferrero flavours)
Butler- our butler was Mauricio and he met all our demands in a timely manner, though I wished they would've put a banner outside for my parents anniversary like what others got, but thats okay cuz they were happy anyways.
Night life- they offered shows I haven't seen in other resorts which we appreciate. The night club is a hit or miss with their songs.
Day life- not much day life going on. Didn't know there was foam party until we saw it in the main pool and by the time we got there it was over, I was really looking forward to that too."
