"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"This is our go to when headed to NYC. They have first come first serve parking which is a bonus in this area. The staff was super helpful and helped me with the business center. The rooms are clean, they even provide little toothbrushes and some bottled water. Perfect to just Uber into the city or local sites!"

"This experience was awful. I checked in at midnight and was given a room that did not lock. The deadbolt was misaligned with the door frame. I asked for a different room, was told not a single room available. Staff called housekeeping to come check the lock and he arrived, took one look at the key card entry and walked away - leaving me standing around for 15 min until front desk staff found him outside smoking. He came back in only to tell me it was unfixable. At 12:30 am, staff told me there...

"I had a very good two-night stay. Friendly staff, fun bar, good coffee and pastries in the morning. Adjacent bagel shop; didn’t try it but looked good. Hip vibe and interiors. Only one suggestion: lighting in the rooms was too low. Felt I was literally being gaslit. 😉"

"Be careful of the ‘bait and switch’ at this property. We had a prepaid and confirmed booking on Expedia for a room with a king bed and refrigerator. As the front desk clerk was handing us our keys, she said we weren’t able to give you the type of room on your booking. No apology or compensation. "
