"The property is in great location for my visit to central Montego Bay. It was very convenient to have a more than adequate breakfast. It would have been good to have some fruits for breakfast though. The staff I met were all friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. I was surprised and happy to find that the property has a charger for my electric vehicle! Parking is free."

"The hotel was lovely and most of the staff were nice. A few times when we went to the front desk our questions seemed bothersome to the person who helped us. It didn't feel welcoming. The breakfast staff were lovely. Our dinner in the hotel was very expensive for not a lot of food. The atmosphere felt luxurious. The pool could use some upgrades. We enjoyed it."

"So my stay here was absolutely lovely. They served free breakfast. That was definitely a plus my room was clean. The air conditioner worked very well.\n Everything was nice inside of my room. I only have one complaint out of the whole stay and that was that the pool Kinda had stuff floating around in it.So I wasn't able to swim in it , I just put my feet in it. The billmen were very helpful.The staff was friendly. I really enjoyed the bartender and the staff that worked inside of the kitchen.They were very, very nice and accommodating.Oh , we ordered some food off the menu and it was very good too."

"We stayed at the resort for 3 nights! We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Our arrival was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary so the room was decorated nicely to accommodate our special moment. Ms. Beverly the housekeeper always went above and beyond to tidy up our room! ALL of the staff at the Jasmine Cafe were very helpful and attentive. Lisa, Leshaun, Clinton , were all great servers I can’t remember all of their names but we loved them all! The food was good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner gave a great representation of Jamaica! We tried the Italian restaurant onsite as well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The bars were okay depending on the bartender you had. Ian, Faye, Linton, were great. They all gave recommendations on drinks or interacted with us. The resort still seemed to be recovering from Hurricane Melissa so everyone was actively working everyday that we were there to fix any issues from that. The poolside deli was 10/10. It rained for most of our stay but we still had a great time! This resort is not recommended for the younger party crowd unless you just want to relax and eat. Request Tess as your driver(SunHoliday)!"
