"Very hard to find, hard to use app that you have to use to get in and out of the building. No real doors on the bedrooms and the master bedroom door kept sliding open, hot water more like lukewarm and zero water pressure "

The lobby and entrance floor was dirty and cluttered with leaves for the duration of our stay(likely only due to the rainy, windy weather that weekend). Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment.
