"We arrived to check in at 4pm per the booking and there were about 15 people in the lobby waiting to check in as well. It was quite humid in the lobby with a gross damp odor. There were no rooms ready. There was no one at the front desk to even speak to when we walked in. One couple had been waiting for an hour. We waited 45 more minutes then requested a refund to which we were provided an email to “apply” for one as the manager wasn’t even present in the building or able to speak to us. Worst...

"Hotel was very nice and clean. Our was also nice and clean. Fridge was a little cold and froze all our stuff and no way of adjusting without maybe pulling the whole thing out. Also the shower you had to run for close to 5 min or more before it got hot. Still giving 5 stars cause was impressed on how cleaned and nice it was."

"This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

"I was very disappointed in the shape of this motel. I chose it since it was the closest to my destination. Based on the reviews, I thought I would give it a try. The clerk said that he was giving us a newly remodeled room, so I was quite hopeful that it would be our new hotel used for our visits to Comstock Park.
