"The hotel was very nice and tge staff was very attentive and responsive. While I don't think it is in the most active location, it is located in the park and has a nearby subway station so it is fairly convenient to get around. The only downside was that there was construction being done on the upper dining and lounge floors so those were not available."

"We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. While the room was quite small – which is very typical for Tokyo – it was extremely clean, functional, and well-organized. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the space was used efficiently. The location is fantastic, close to public transport, restaurants, and convenience stores, making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on that, but everything else exceeded our expectations for the price. Despite the compact room, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo."

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful—especially when we realized after checkout that we had accidentally left our passports in the room safe. They responded immediately and arranged to have the items shipped to our next destination without delay. We are incredibly grateful for their swift and professional assistance—there are truly no words to thank them enough. Our room was very clean and offered outstanding views, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a memorable experience!"
