"We just left the Sunset Vistas. There are some good features - rooms are big (while bathrooms are tiny), kitchen is equipped well and proximity to the ocean is nice. Management is awful. We booked 2 rooms with the same itinerary for the same family back in November. Since then we called the hotel three times asking what should we do to ensure we have rooms next to each other. We have 4 kids, one of them is special needs, so having rooms next to each other is a safety feature for our family. We...

"The location is great for eating, shopping and beach. Our room was near the road and was noisy at night. The door and window could use blackout curtains. Other than that, great place. Parking was also excellent. "

"Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). "The property is pretty, the view is amazing, I didn’t like that the kitchen cookware was extremely low quality (goodwill have better frying pan) no towel at the pool, they change resorts fee, but never a single towel to use, the price for room Was high, the free shuttle to beach was a joke, but overall the hotel was nice but I won’t stay again. To pricey for they offer."
