"This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it appears charming but much smaller than it actually is. Once inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, from the lobby and bar to the pool area and numerous photo-worthy spots throughout the property. I stayed in a loft-style room, which was perfect for both me and my guest. One of the highlights was the private deck, which provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the New Orleans evenings. "Highly impressed. Beautiful spacious rooms, immaculate clean. Bedding is luxurious and comfy. Quiet and close to everything. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is great. Restaurant has a lush green atmosphere and the food is delicious. Parking in the back of the building at a reasonable price."

"Great 5 day stay for a 50th birthday celebration in a great city. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, etc. No complaints. We loved the Chandelier bar and all of the restaurants and room service were excellent. The location is great, close to everything. The staff was friendly and professional, always going the extra mile. We look forward to returning to this property."

"The staff were really very helpful relatable respectful went out their way for all request that alone gives them a 5+ Well, I didn’t like was there were no irons to iron my clothes it just had steamers and I’m not used to preparing my clothes with the steamer and also I think they need to give microwaves in the room so that you can keep your coffee hot"

"Great Hotel, perfectly located, but beware the parking. Hotel uses a public lot at $66/night. I walked inside just long enough to inquire if that was the only hotel option only to walk back out and find my car booted (10 min max). Hotel told me there was nothing they could do. $160. There are some temporary hotel spots to the left as you come in, but they aren’t obvious and easy to miss. Hotel needs to work this out. I was told by the Hotel that I was not the first."

"Staff was REALLY helpful suggesting things to visit and how to feel comfortable overall. The only bad thing is the lack of parking, but we were lucky to find parking in front of the building."
