Check in was slow, our room wasn’t ready as expected but once we were settled the rest of the trip was great. Clean rooms, hot water took a bit but we blame the weather conditions and storms that rolled through. Would definitely recommend us stay there again.

PACIFIC 19 Kona
Parking lot was sold out and we were not told until arrival. Directions for where to park was unclear and staff did not provide more information or clarity. Room itself was standard and clean and provided a comfortable night stay. There was loud music coming from outside the hotel in an alley nearby. ...

OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa
I'm confused about how this resort is rated 4 stars. The rooms were poor, the bathroom quality was below average, and the shower had little pressure. I wouldn't recommend or pay for a stay here.
