"A beautiful well designed not overwhelmingly big resort. Unfortunately, resort suites are not fully kept to top five star standards: private pool area was overgrown, bathroom finishes need updating, rooms are somewhat sterile, our air conditioning unit had trouble. Also for a trip with children and family there's not a huge array of activities.... and the little extras that they have available cost a few euros here, and there ( even the billiard tables or fussball need to be paid for), which is not something that we expect from a 5 star resort. A special mention, however, for the staff that are very friendly and helpful. Net we enjoyed our stay, butthe overall quality can be improved"

"This was the best hotel & holiday experience I’ve ever had! The place is beautiful, the staff are amazingly attentive & friendly- the room we had (sea view with private pool) was blissful- can’t recommend the place highly enough! It’s so serene and quiet and relaxing… The food is amazing and the evening entertainment was of a really high standard!"

"I would like to say location is great staff is amazing always welcoming with a smile specially would love to say a massive thank you to Dimitris in breakfast area who always greeted us looked after us. One down side some of the guest who was there was unfortunately very bad litter was thrown all over the place running around corridors late at night which really makes it disappointing. Overall hotels great."

"Fantastic stay. Great food, great drinks, amazing buffet, rooms really clean. Great gym, pools and great beach. The only things I’d improve would be around reservations for a large group - we were in a group of 11 and we were initially separated across multiple buildings within the complex, and we were asked to provide menu choices a week in advance for the three à la carte restaurants which were changed multiple times by the hotel and we found we spent days back and forth with the hotel on food choices."

"This hotel was fantastic from the moment we got there to the moment we left. The reception staff were incredibly helpful with any query we had and all other staff followed suit with the same high standard. We stayed in one of the executive suites with a private pool and would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a five star experience. Next time we visit Rhodes we will definitely be staying here again!"

"Maybe wouldn't rate as a 5 star as you had to carry your own towels to the pool area from your room and back everytime. Plus had to go to the pool early to grab a bed and umbrella. Food was ok not great"

"The room was lovely and clean and the view of the sea fantastic. It is a shame that the buildings infront are rather run down but if you don’t sit right to the front of the balcony they are obscured. The location is excellent for walking into the old town the only downside is the proximity to bar street which can be rather rowdy but if you turn right when you come out the front of the hotel you never have to go along it."
