"A Wonderful Stay at The Royal Garden Hotel, London
The Royal Garden Hotel right next to Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace, and within easy reach of Hyde Park.
The hotel is very conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from High Street Kensington Station. It is also not far from central London, and the No. 9 bus stop right outside the hotel, providing a direct and convenient connection to the city centre.
Our room was clean, beautifully presented and very comfortable. The bed linen...

"This is a beautiful hotel that is very well run. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. It is located in a safe neighborhood near public transportation which makes it easy to get anywhere in London. I loved the terrace overlooking the garden.
Breakfast was great and the other few meals we had there were also very good. This is my new favourite hotel."

"My room was very comfortable and breakfast, as always, was good. I ate in the dining room one night and that was sub-standard to say the least. My heat in the room did not work, so 24 hours after I reported it, two men came and looked at it but did not fix it. Luckily I was given a plug-in heater, so it was okay. I always enjoy staying at the Rembrandt - and it did not disappoint in location, convenience, breakfast or basic comfort."

"the location is excellent. Would have preferred to have a coffee machine instead of a pot. Breakfast was good. The rooms need a bit of uplifting, especially on the AC front...The hot water was rarely hot, just acceptable.
Nevertheless the staff was lovely. Truly. Helpful and lovely. Th elocation was excellent too. I will stay there again."

"Location very convenient - next to tube station. Many eating options nearby. Room clean but very small indeed. We got an email from the hotel - just after booking - to say they are a heritage hotel and rooms are very small. Would have been useful to know this prior to booking! 2 people with one standard suitcase would struggle for space in the double bedroom.. No window - small glass panel at top. Practically no natural sunlight in the room. AC worked well. Bed comfortable. Good for short stays...

"I have been staying at the Ashburn for annual trips to London for almost 20 years. I can't remember the last time that I even looked at other options. The location is great--on the West Road coming in from Heathrow; 6 minute walk to Gloucester Road tube station with three lines that can get you anywhere; lots of walkable dining options as well as Boots and Waitrose for incidentals; safe neighborhood. The staff are exceedingly pleasant and helpful. It's small and the decor is not modern, but...
