"When we arrived we were told there was no hot water and they couldn’t promise there would be any for the length of our stay. I asked if they would find us a room at another hotel, was flat out told NO. I then asked if I could get a discount, was flat out told No. When I asked about maid service I was told we HAD to give 24 hours notice to get maid service. The front desk staff was rude and short with any reply. I will NOT EVER stay at a choice hotel again. Not just Albuquerque but everywhere. I will pass along my experience to anyone and everyone possible. "
