"No matter how much I wanted (and tried) to like this place, the fact that the staff knew our a/c was broke was extremely disappointing. That room cost us over $800 for one night! The lady that checked us in should have said something, given us options for another room, or even let us decide to go elsewhere. But no, they all kept silent and made us suffer. Do you know how miserable we were the entire night without air? In Key West of all places! It was hot! Very hot!!! We barely got any sleep...

"Property was cozy and comfortable for the 1 night we stayed. I will say the room is very small so do not pack bulky items. There are some nearby restaurants, and nothing is too far away to get to. Only real improvement I'd suggest is the continental breakfast offering. Very minimal options, no eggs or hot food, nor were there any fresh fruit. "

"Staff is very nice. There are zero amenities. Rooms are so very small. The bathroom on our boat is bigger than the bathroom in the rooms. Only a little more than 100 square feet for the room. The provided “brunch” is call down and ask the front desk to make you a hard boiled egg or toast/bagel. The location is great for quick access to Duval, some museums, and water excursions. Zero elevator so if on second floor be prepared to carry all luggage up steep stairs. "

"The property is nothing like depicted on Expedia or any other travel site. It is misleading. The facilities are less than average. Everything is old and falling apart. The bathroom we had clearly hasn’t been updated in decades. While the room was an acceptable size, the wardrobe was small, very old and had doors that didn’t close. The pool is small, dingy and dirty. The provided breakfast was disappointing. The location is a 15 minute walk from Duval Street which is the main drag of the area....

"Not as impressed as I thought I would be. Bathroom doors wouldn’t stay shut, so no privacy. Sink wouldn’t drain. All lights controlled only by the front door. If you turn on the light for the bathroom, it also lit up the shower on the other side of room, which made the whole room light up, disturbing the sleep of your companion. "Lovely well maintained property. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold options. Room was spacious and clean, comfy beds great water pressure in the shower. Plenty of seating outside each room and in the commons areas and if you are lucky enough one of the resident cats will grace you permission for pets. "
