"Clean room"

"Friendly staff, clean room "

"The room was filthy, the tub had 5 inches of standing water in it. I had to snake out a giant wad of hair from the tub drain. Door did not seem to lock properly, had to use chair to keep door and curtain closed. This was the 2nd room we tried, the first had no functioning ac and was so filthy, ceiling sagging. Dogs barking in the room next door. The entire hotel was horrible, dirty, rundown, had what appeared to be unhoused people or prostitutes hanging around, partying loudly in the corridors....

"The room was recently renovated and it is very nice, the mattresses and pillows were excellent and so comfortable. The walk-in shower was awesome and plenty of hot water. The coffee is fresh ground - delicious. The staff were kind and friendly and check in was spot on. I stayed at a Hampton the night before and this was so much better. "

"This was a hell hole! We booked Ashland Studio Inn (ASI) for two rooms, 5 people, and 1 night. When we arrived, they transferred us to Days Inn, next door, because ASI was still refurbishing their inn. I believe they are "sister" inns, but was never told the relationship. In writing the "script" to explain what we had reserved, they stated we were supposed to be there for 2 nights (our reservation was for 1 night). The confusion and time consumed telling them what we had signed up for was...

"Front end staff was helpful "

"Roaches !!! They checked in, we checked out. Now know why motel 6 leaves the light on for ya"

"Very dirty shower curtains, mini fridge was on the floor, asked for queen bed room and got two twin bedrooms instead and da bed was very squeaky smh was not satisfied "

"The beds were comfortable and the room smell good. The best part is the parking. Right outside the room. Loved it "

"Parking is fine. Front staff person was rude. Waited 20 minutes to get checked in. Noone was at the desk and when they arrived didn't apologize for the wait"

"Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures"

"Definitely adequate for the price"

"Breakfast exceeded my expectations with scrambled eggs, two types of sausage, and potatoes. I liked the toiletries in the bathroom."
