"Room was looking very tired needs refurbishment basin in bathroom would not empty plug was stuck!!!when opening bathroom door handle bang shower door in spite of stopper fixed to floor, appreciate free "cookie" but could not make cup of tea as no milk in room,"

"Parking was good, reception staff very helpful, room & bathroom clean & bed comfortable. There were a couple of areas with room for improvement. The curtains had come off the rail near the closure on one side so it let the early morning light in. A small bottle of water in the room, particularly in the heat would have been appreciated. All in all a good stay."

"Location, 10 minutes from the airport was excellent. Although very close to the A1, the hotel is situated within green and leafy gardens. Our room, third floor looking over the car park, had countryside views and we could hear very little road noise even with the window open. Clean and comfortable room and good to have a shower separate from the bath. Reception and bar staff welcoming, helpful and very friendly throughout. "Check in was ok, room had everything needed (lots of hot water, hairdryer etc.) It was pretty noisy the one night I stayed there and it wasn’t easy to sleep. Nice accommodation and a good location."

"Excellent attentive staff in every area of hotel. I stay there regularly when visiting friends and family and my only two beefs are that the elevators seem very slow and the rooms themselves do not have enough lighting. The beds are super comfortable and rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are huge but would be nice to have face cloths again but I am noticing a trend internationally regarding this! Great for parking and public transport is very handy if needed. I will be staying there again."

"We only stayed for one night. The contact to the Premier Inn before our arrival was very good. When we arrived the receptionist was welcoming and very friendly!!! Just a different receptionist on the following morning wasn't really friendly. Otherwise we had a good experience with this hotel."
