"Amazing staff, looked after so well. Perfect room for a more restful stay. Onsen was great, could book a free private onsen for my wife and I. If your not up for sharing with others and want privacy. Amazing food, so much and variety. Well worth doing"

"From the welcoming drinks to the private onsen to the prepared dinners, the entire experience was wonderful! The room with the private onsen was amazing. The staff was so patient and friendly!! Having the dinner and breakfast really made out stay so special as well. The onsen It was the highlight of the trip! It actually cured my jet lag!! I will recommend this place to everyone I know!"

"This hotel was top notch! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kaiseke dinner and breakfast were amazing. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We loved the private onsen on our balcony. It was very relaxing as we could see and hear the nearby stream. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area."
