The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. There’s a lounge/bar on the ground floor courtyard that’s playing music until early in the morning but the slight noise we hear in our apartment doesn’t bother us. "Hstten eine suite im 4. stock. Super lage direkt in der altstadt in einer seitengasse. Sehr sauber und stylisch eingerichtet. Parkmöglichkeit in der hotwl tiefgarage aber da diese besetzt war mussten wir 7min entfernt parken was 25 euro für 24 std kostet, was aber ok ist. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Rundum zufrieden"

"Not a great choice. I thought I was booking a hotel, with a reception/lobby. This was an apartment that a hotel owns. Main complaints: 1) the entrance of the building looks like a drug house, no joke, very creepy and old! 2) The reception is a block away at another location. After I checked in, they gave me the keys and very poor instructions. They need to send someone with you to show you exactly where to enter, and how to find your room and how to open the door. It is not simple or easy to...
