"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are: 1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11 2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...

"I stayed in Room 1 and really enjoyed it — the space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Communication was smooth, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, coffee shops, and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, it still deserves a 5-star rating."

"The hotel is new and everything is very clean. The location is perfect - near the old town and other tourist attractions. There is a lot of good restaurants and cafes on the same street where the hotel is located. Especially recommend a restaurant called Franca which is right next to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again! "

"This apartment is great for a small group or family. Located directly on the main square, there are numerous dining options immediately out your door. It is a major tourist destination so prices are a bit higher unless you venture outside the old town district. Finding the apartment might be a minor challenge as taxis cannot drive into the square, but the host was quickly available to give us directions to the portal leading to the apartment. "One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this 100000% to anyone spending time in krakow. The interior is gorgeous and the pool/sauna/spa area was so cool! We will be staying here again for sure! The staff was all wonderful and spoke good English. I would give it 10 stars if I could!! "
