"The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines."

"The room was lovely! Clean, very spacious and comfortable! Staff were friendly however upon arrival we were told several times there would be someone to help us with our bags but there was just a small girl there and she said she could not help. We are on holiday for 2 weeks and had 2 very heavy bags. We were told they were on the 2nd floor.. but that is also not true. We climbed 4 flights of stairs by ourselves with a total of 90 pounds of bags. We did not appreciate the misinformation. "

"The hotel is new and everything is very clean. The location is perfect - near the old town and other tourist attractions. There is a lot of good restaurants and cafes on the same street where the hotel is located. Especially recommend a restaurant called Franca which is right next to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again! "

"A hotel with amazing staff and an extremely helpful owner manager. Beautiful art deco style decor throughout and a lift to all floors as well as stairs, if you would prefer. The reception area is very well kept and the dining area, of to the right, is also. The rooms are delightful, we had good views of the terrace below and could see the main tower in the square from both windows. We had room 8.1 which I believe was a larger bed.
