"Great location in proximity to malls and KLCC. Nice pool Clean rooms and comfortable beds Amenities are lacking ( almost basic). Not much in terms of kitchen utensils. No hand towels provided. TV not showing free 2 air channels or any sports etc. Noise early in the morning disturbing sleep. Small touches are lacking. Laundry equipment is limited in the complex for the number of users."

"The room was really good, clean, great placement and close to everything. The air condition was put on a set Degree, so it felt really warm to sleep. You need to ask the host to clean the room and it can be miss comunimcation. It's a really great price, but needing to ask for cleaning and towels can be slightly frustrating"

"When you arrive at the hotel the Staff concierge very friendly and professional, they got my bag from the grab, brought it to the concierge area and another staff member guided me to the lift and said reception is level 40 and welcomed me to the building. "Hotel stupendo, il servizio pulizie tramite whatsapp è comodissimo per scegliere l’orario che desiderate. La piscina è fantastica ma pochi lettini e sarebbe meglio un servizio asciugamani, mettere un bar per cocktail con un po’ di musica e consiglio più restrizioni a chi nuota disturbando chi fa foto e vuole rilassarsi ( non è una piscina olimpica😉)…comunque consigliatissimo per la sua posizione centrale a pochi metri dal monorail!"

"Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room. Bathroom has super gorgeous and spacious bath tub with modern blind, lamp, water fountain etc, all facing the gigantic window. Park lounge has excellent breakfast. Service was great. Definitely a recommend, especially after the mall and MRT will be open next year"
