Serviced Apartment di La Altagracia

"We had an excellent stay and felt safe with the security present on the beach. The rooms are spacious, great amenities, all while being right in the midst of paradise."

"Very bad customer service experience, I was charged half the amount when booking and still was told to pay in cash the total amount plus extras The property refused to send a receipt despite multiple requests. I don’t recommend this property."

"We can recommend this resort and we also consider it for our next stay in next winter. Everything was fine."

"My reservation was not honoured.they could not find anyone called Alena ,,the person who sent me my welcome email in December. I paid Expedia in November and had to pay sol caribe again to get a room for the two nights. I will need to be reimbursed my 233 dollars Canadian paid to you in nov. this was very frustrating in a country where they don’t speak your language. There was no internet or cell service so I could not talk to you at the time.I don’t want this to be a review as it will make you...

"A lot of xtra charged as maintenace, hydro, admin fees taxes which have to be paid cash before you have access to your room.the room its very poorly maintained, kitchen with out minimum supplied dishes cutlery, not even matches or cleaning supplies to clean the dishes, furniture very wear out and not maintained, washroom faucets leaking..not a place to enjoy a vacation for the moneys paid. There are better places with openly costs than Sol Caribe.."

"El departamento no es donde indica la imagen, sino al frente en otro condominio, y te hacen pagar extra por limpieza qué jamás sucedió y por uso del aire acondicionado."

"Excellent service and very convenient location, comfortable room with fast Internet."

"Okey"

"All in all if you are choosing to be close to the beach it's a very good choice!"
