"Very nice resort. Unfortunately the food got all 4 of us very sick with food poisoning. Food at the buffet is not kept cold/warm/ all food and any other pour food conditions you can think of were present. We paid a good amount to stay here and spent the majority of our time in our rooms over the toilet. Staff was very friendly, and the property is nice, however spending 4/7 days stuck over the toilet is obviously not worth it. Definitely don’t recommend and will not be returning:( "

"Just returned from our 2nd trip to El Beso adults only at Ocean El Faro, and it won’t be our last. The hotel is beautiful and has one of the most impressive lobbies of any resort that we have visited. The piano bar in the main lobby was a highlight which we enjoyed most evenings. Despite being Spring Break, we were able to enjoy the many restaurants and the reservation system was very user-friendly. We were especially impressed by the quality of the steaks that we enjoyed at several of the restaurants. Special thanks to José, our concierge, who catered to us during our stay and was able to promptly assist us with all of our questions and special requests. He helped to make our stay very memorable and seamless. Special thanks to Christina and Isaac at Pez Dama for the excellent service. ElBeso at ElFaro is excellent value for money and we will definitely be returning again. "
