"The room was amazing. We got upgraded to a member suite, and it was a big, clean room. The only thing is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, and we were on the 3rd floor. But the staff are very friendly and helpful. The animation group is so good; they are enthusiastic and very enjoyable. The bar staff are very gentle and friendly; they love taking care of guests. We enjoyed the nightclub a lot; the bartenders there are so friendly, and we interacted with them. I remember Kendry and another who had a birthday, but in general, our stay there was incredible. The coffee place on the corner of the pool has the best coffee. The girl there made us a beautiful espresso with some milk and she always made us a figure ❤️. Good job to them. All staff were very nice and friendly. The buffet food is not great, but still good some days. We loved the Dominican night a lot, so enjoyable. That night the food was great!!!"
