He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! "Genesis et Henry sont formidables et offrent un excellent service. Par contre, l'autre employée (Barbara) n'a aucun sens du service à la clientèle. L'endroit est situé loin de Bavaro et Punta Cana, les Uber ne veulent pas nécessairement se rendre à la Ceiba. Il n'y a pas des restos proches pour manger, seulement des petites places locales. C'est ok important à savoir si vous choisissez cet endroit."

"The resort properly was clean I think they needed more staff at the bars. The restaurants were ok not 5 star. I would rate at a7.Staff was friendly but needed to speak more english. Shout out to Chakira from entertainment staff she was fun and helpful. Over all a nice resort. We didnt get preferred status so naybe that is better but was 200 a day more per day just for premium liquor and one more restaurant "
