"Check-in was quick and easy. My key card didn't work for some reason. The staff walked over with me to try her card and it didn't work either. They put me in another room. No big deal. The rooms were fine. I really just needed a place to sleep. The next day, I went to the beach and came back to my card not working. I have no idea why. I usually keep the key cards away from my phone in case it messes it up. I had to go to the office to get another key. A slight inconvenience. All in all, the...

"Rooms clean, but the air conditioning did not work efficiently. Our room remained hot with lower settings. Hallway to room carpet had stains and a bad smell. Breakfast wasn’t much, we went to waffle house instead. Parking for beach access is about a mile away give or take, but very small and full each time we went. Pool and patio area is clean. Staff is very friendly."

"I got there early but rooms were not available. I asked for room on a top floor once they were cleaned. When it was time to check in, that was not considered and they offered me a room on the 1st floor. I declined and they gave me a room on the 2nd floor except it was handicapped accessible of which I didn't find out until I got to room.
