"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Pros- location on the strip, access to the promenade and early check in available (for $50).
Cons- room was ok, shower made a mess even with the curtain, elevators were very slow, hallway had a water leak we had to tell staff about and the carpet was wet and musty for the entire stay.

"Pool closes early. Parking is minimal and it’s a silt charge. They charge you $50 a day for a resort fee, but I didn’t really find that I got anything for that fee.
The pool and the spa closes super early. You don’t even get free parking… what is the resort fee even cover?
It’s a cute hotel I guess but I’ll be going elsewhere next time"

"The hotel is beautiful and feels like a hidden getaway in the large complex of Caesars Palace. The lobby floor almost feels like you are at a spa. A nice perk is that the pool area is packed but there is a section where if you show your Nobu key you can get access and it was no problem to get pool chairs there"
