"The hotel and room were not kept up well. It looks like they havent updated anything in 30 years.The A/C worked fine. I didn't eat breakfast. It's criminal to call what they had a gym. It's literally the worst hotel gym ever. The pool closes at 8pm. Boo. The family that owns the place was nice, but they treated the lobby like their own living room. Barefoot, feet on the table, etc. Not very clean and definitely unprofessional. I hate to leave a bad review, but I would not recommend this place."

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"First of all when we checked in, my husband was informed we'd been put in a "pet room." We did not ask for a pet room, and did not want one, but the hotel clerk said that was what we got. She gave my husband two coupons to use in the bar, restaurant, or gift shop. We immediately noticed a smell when entering the room. Then, a dog began barking down the hall. Making a welcoming impression when we returned from our daily activities. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The shower did not function to full capacity. There was just a light steam of water coming out of shower head. We heard other guest saying the same with their showers as well. Was given a number to call for cmplaints but nothing was done to solve the situatiuon."

"It was a goid stay- beds, linens and towels exceeded my expectation. Breakfast was good- i loved that the hostess made the waffles. 24 hour coffee and ice water in the lobby also exceeded expectations. Plenty of free parking.- you do need to have your own transportation, the only non iimdustrial place within a bad weaher walk was a VFW.. They also need some flooring updated in the kobby and elevators."
