The property was dirty and rundown. The walkways and stairs were literally caked wirh sticky spills and vomit for our entire stay. The elevator was broken and not conveniently located to allow for carrying our luggage to the third floor. It appears this hotel is used to house homeless and there wereoud arguments in the rooms ongoing. Additionally the police and or ambulance were there every day of our stay. Would never recommend or stay there again.

Don't be fooled by the nice pictures online. This place is really out dated, not cleaned, barely any space to walk in the double Full beds. I wish that I would have paid a little bit more and just stayed on the strip.

There’s was nothing I like about this place. Not what I expected. The room was too small, and the carpet was dirty. The staff were nice, and courteous, about the only thing good about the place

Usually a house keeping worker usually knocks on the door. We stayed for 5 days but they only knocked once nobody stopped by fir the rest of those days. There was also an incident close to the the office. It was someone being detained. The cops & the people that was being detained were outside for more than 30 minutes. We thought there might be a shooting because the people that was being detained were just sitting in their car for more than 30 minutes.

quiet,cheap, clean,beds comfy, towels white, house cleaning everyday,cable,near da strip, kitchenette, nice staff, deposit back same day! i couldn't have found a better place! will def be back!

Upon arriving to our room we noticed cocker roaches all over the floor and there was a big ball of hair in the shower. The sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood and there was bed bugs on the bed. Would never recommend to anyone to stay here even if it was free. Horrible hotel and should be shut down.

Disappointed

I had to change rooms twice. One of the rooms heat didn’t work and the other one carpet was very nasty. There was no room service at all. The only good thing was that I could cook my on breakfast. Appliances needs to be updated. The room was decent.

Gross and Rundown

My experience with the Rita Suites was a nightmare. The staff was nice. The morning manager was awesome. However, the room was disgusting and looked like 1980. My room was not ready upon arrival. There were no face rags, clothes hangers, or pots and pans in the room. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. My reservation was for 8 days, but I only spent the night while trying to secure another hotel location.

We had three rooms. one had no remote control in bedroom and a non working coffee maker. One had no blow dryer. One had filthy nasty carpet. Property is old and seedy people running all over. Looked like it was a place for homeless people to hand during the day. There was no information in the room as to check out time, television channels or local information. Just not a nice place to stay.

The room smelled bad. Room service was down after the 3rd day of staying and was down after i went to see the front office. I was told the deposit would be refunded within three to four days......while, week passed and still no refund.
