"Hidden fees everywhere, half the staff doesn't speak English so its a guessing game on directions. The rest rude. Smokers all over hotel so cigarette smell. Will never come back to this hotel."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Bagus "

"We asked for room cleaning and nobody clean our room. We stay there for 3 nights and our room was never clean, not even gave us new towels"

"I was here for a conference and they charge you for a resort fee every day."

"My room was great in size and was very tidy and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It is nice to have people that have a good sense of composure and understanding when in a hurry of things I was in and out with no problem. All in all around easy, and easily capable to find myself around this resort."

"Muy buena opción! Habitación grande, lo único que deberían mejorar es el sofá cama. La Ubicación conveniente y puedes tomar el shuttle al venetian convention. Algo extra: te dan agua gratis en el lobby y esto nadie lo hace! Me pareció muy atinado. Si regresaría!"

"easy to get to and well kept"
