"I commend the staff that hosted us. We checked in on the 4th of August 2025 and checked out on the 5th of Aug. I arrived late for the breakfast as i have the key and my son couldn't get out of the room, when we checked out I asked if we can have at least pastry as take away. "We booked the Queen Deluxe rooms on the 7th to 14th floor. Our jaws literally dropped as we entered and saw the incredible view of the Jungfrau from our balcony. It was breathe taking. The room was very spacious, recently updated, modern, and clean. We found the beds to be comfy. There’s no AC here, but a tower fan was provided and we stayed comfortable with that and leaving the sliding door open to catch the mountain breeze. "Great location. Amazing views of the Eiger from our room. Good, easy breakfast and easy access to transit and all the trails around Mürren. "

"The family room was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunk beds with privacy curtains, the arcade in the room was lots of fun and the views of the lauterbrunnen valley and mountains were spectacular. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to the train station. The pool area was fantastic and we just wished it was open later than 8pm"
