"Entering the hotel, ambience is amazing, staff were helpful (i did not try the automate check in), Amenities especially the pool were fantastic. Room was spacious and the seat by the window in our room meant i could read with a view which was amazing."

"The hotel is located above a very diverse shopping mall and down the road from several others even more diverse. The only real issue with the Hotel That was negative was the fact that when you enter Funan Mall you really have to search for how you find the Hotel… There was one left that went to 4th floor and that was opposite McDonald’s but there was no signage anywhere else of how to get there or where it was. I wasn’t the only confused person – possibly a bit confused cause I’m over 75 - but as the lift came up a very confused young man hesitated before leaving the lift until I encouraged him and said lyf was here and directed him to the right: so confusing for the 20-year-olds as well as the seven-year-olds better signage necessary. The room was very comfortable but you needed a degree to work out how to get CNA on the TV amongst the host of channels you could’ve signed up to. "
