"Very warm welcome. Very clean and well equipped room. Very comfortable bed with nice clean bedding. Excellent breakfast with good choice of food.. My wife is vegetarian and this was catered for with a very helpful manner.

"I had a lovely complimentary upgrade to a superior room. Just not superior enough. No nespresso machine just sachets of Nescafé and a gritty kettle. No hairdryer until I had to ask for one. No peppermint tea in the entire hotel?! The room was lovey and big, huge comfy bed but lacked important details such as decent coffee making facilities! "

"An enjoyable one night stay at a hotel where the positive features far outweigh any minor niggles. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent food, well presented and served in a timely manner. Rooms just bordering on the need for some love and attention, although White Stuff toiletries do a good job in diverting attention from the nasty stain on one of the seats.
Decent enough spa facilities, although it would be helpful if the price to swim were included in the booking price."
