"We had a one bedroom suite with plenty of room and I especially appreciated the clean scent as if the floors were just mopped with Fabuloso or Pinesol instead of the usual hotel scent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only opportunity is valet parking. We had to wait entirely too long and not because the young men weren't working. They were running. The system just doesn't flow well. That said, I liked the property and our room. I would stay here again."

"The staff was phenomenal and super responsive whenever we reached out prior to coming! The room was great and easily accommodated our large group. Not to mention our group loved the lobby games. Would recommend this place to any family visiting Chattanooga!"

"The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!"

"Breakfast was amazing and free. One of my favorites. Had an omelete on one day and avocado toast the next. Depends on the day and chef special. Free selection of drinks from the bar, with token, from 5-630. My girls loved the shirley temples. I really enjoyed the stay with exception of the room temp. It was set at 68, felt way hotter, they do not let it go lower even if you change it. We requested a fan. Do not valet on busy days. We went on the 4th of July weekend. We had a 40 minute wait to...

"I told a used pad wrapper in the room on the floor, the power went out outside where we valet park and it was pitch black and scary, and our tv didn’t work. For $194 a night, it wasn’t worth it AT ALL"

"The website states that they have cribs available and they don’t have them. We also had 2 rooms and one of the rooms smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like urine. The other room was clean."

"Good location. Near almost everything. A bit lonely the area. Paid parking!!! 👎 Yes. the parking is not free and a bit separated from the hotel. TV did not work. Friendly staff."

"The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well."
