"The staff were excellent! The room and the common areas were clean and you could tell they paid attention to the details. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I can make is that I wish the elevator was larger to allow easier access for the luggage cart. A lot of twisting and pulling was required to fit the cart in with little room for one person to fit in."

"Such potential…BUT!! Room was dirty. Dust on ceiling. Stains on chair. Dirt on bottom of bed frames. Locks do not feel secure. Freezer on fridge had no door. Fridge did not cool anything. Perfect location to be close to so many attractions. Please put some effort into this place so that it does not have to feel like an overpriced waste of time. All travelers need is to feel clean, safe and comfortable. Photos make the place look amazing but in person the difference is astonishing."

"The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well."

"The hotel location is excellent, two blocks or less from the river, Aquarium, Imax, children's museum and the baseball stadium. Plenty of food options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. They also have a private parking lot, but costs $20/day. The only negative I have regarding the hotel is that road noise from Hwy 27 is noticeable. My complaint is regarding Expedia. We booked a one-room suite through Expedia. Upon reaching the hotel, we were told that Expedia...
