"The room was very clean and comfortable. We had no car but there were places to eat and get snacks nearby. The Original Marketplace was yummy. Only stayed one night then got the hotel shuttle to the airport. No problems, very smooth ecperience"

"EXCELLENT room and property. It's new, it's comfortable, A/C units go down to 61 if you wish! Most hotels these days put a "lock" on them - which is awful for those who need to sleep in a very cool room. VERY happy with our decision to stay here. We flew out the next morning, so we only got to enjoy it for barely one night. We wish we had this good of a room for our other six nights in Nevada and California!"

"Breakfast menu was fabulous and so much more extensive then what is normally available at a restaurant complementary breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful and greeted us by name. Hotel room was very clean. It was an exceptional stay!"

"There was no issue during the night spent. However upon returning to PHX the desk wouldnt answer the phone so the shuttle could pick us up. Upon checkout that my credit card was billed $50 for a damaged linen in the room. Ive been trying to contact Mark Ross the GM at the property but he's unresponsive. Very frustrated to say the least. I would recommend this property to no one ever."

"This is a cheap stay so if you aren't looking to shower and just need a bed for the night for a low price this allows for that. There was a dead cockroach in the rooms shower and the main desk people were really confusing to deal with when I was trying to figure out the shuttle. Overall a not great hotel. Amenities were mediocre particularly the complimentary breakfast."
