The walk was very higgly piggly and I did some damage to my back carrying the suitcases upstairs. As a senior, it would have been nice if help was provided with our luggage. "The room I was assigned was on the outside, where workmen were updating rooms, so parking was crowded and noisy. This entrance was also used by deliveries, some arriving before 6am. I would have preferred to be advised of this renovation prior to booking as I would have chosen another hotel. The room itself was fine, and the staff were friendly enough."
